Crush your core, buff your bum and accentuate your arms as we get rooted in basic Pilates principles. Our results-driven curriculum focuses on form to strengthen your foundation — back, abdomen, hips and butt —while improving your flexibility, coordination and posture. With low to moderate physical intensity, we use small hand weights, body bars and other props to provide a mentally challenging workout that’s kind to the body and perfect for every fitness level. As therapeutic as it is challenging, you won’t find anything else like our cardio-charged Pilates Sculpt class.
