Amanda is a fitness warrior. Once 335 pounds, she has since lost and kept off 200 pounds on her health and fitness journey. She doesn’t mess around with excuses or shortcuts — hard work and dedication have made her a believer in the toughest of weight loss battles. Anything is possible in Amanda’s classes because she knows how good it feels to finally shed that weight and take back your life. Are you ready for the journey?
Why do you believe in others, even when they don’t believe in themselves?
“I made every excuse under the sun until I reached 335 pounds. Then it was fight or die. I chose to fight. I know the struggles, and I also know that nothing is impossible if you really want to make a change. You have to believe, fight hard and never give up. I know you can do it because I did, too. Now I get to teach others to do the same, and no one can take that away from me. I’ve walked the talk, and I’m here to help you do the same — once and for all.”
